How do I send my cases to York?


 •    Within Connecticut, call us for a pickup at (800) 345-7760.

           •    Outside Connecticut, we provide prepaid labels to ship your cases,

                and we charge only $6 when we return your work. 

                We can fax or email your first label to you.  Please call us for more information


•    If you are sending a digital scan, our ID numbers are as follows:

                      Sirona/CEREC Connect (select York Dental Lab, Branford, CT)


I need to discuss a case with a technician.


         •    Fixed: Ask for Vinni.
         •    Removable: Ask for John Penner, Ext. 209.
         •    Implants: Ask for Ben, Ext. 202.
         •    Implant parts: Ask for April, Ext. 213.

 

I would like to schedule a technician in my office for assistance with an anterior ceramic or implant case, or for a Lunch & Learn.


          •    Ask for Amina, Ext. 218.  Your first chairside visit is complimentary.  Lunch & Learns are complimentary.

 

 I would like to email photographs for my cases.
